Borderlands 3 Iron Bear HUD

Iron bear is different from the other player action skills, in that to sell the effect of being in a mech cockpit we needed a unique look for the HUD. For the most part it's the same as the character HUD, missing a few character specific widgets like the ammo bar. The early style iteration was handled mostly by Trisha DeSalvo and myself, and I resumed iteration after I was assigned the task of finishing the HUD.
